The fine print, written in plain English. These terms govern every booking made with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour, using our website, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit (typically 25% of the total package cost) and issue a written confirmation via email. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD per person on twin-sharing basis unless otherwise stated. Prices include items explicitly listed in the package inclusions and exclude visas, international flights, personal expenses, tips, and anything not specified.
4. Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, required visas, travel insurance, and any vaccinations recommended for travel to India. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage.
5. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
6. Conduct & Local Laws
Travelers must respect local customs, religious sites, and Indian laws at all times. Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or actions endangering self or others may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
7. Liability
Rajasthan Tourism acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for losses, delays, injuries, or damages caused by third parties or factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Photography & Media
We may capture photos and videos during tours for marketing purposes. By participating, you grant us non-exclusive rights to use such content. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your tour leader at the start of the trip.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication. Unresolved matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
