Plans change. Here's our straightforward refund policy — no surprises, no fine print.
Refunds are calculated as a percentage of the total package cost.
How to Cancel
Send a cancellation request via email to bookings@rajasthantourism.in including your booking reference. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request, not the date you intended to cancel.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank transfer charges, payment gateway fees, and any non-refundable third-party costs (visas, certain hotel deposits) will be deducted.
- Refunds for international bookings are issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fluctuations.
Force Majeure
In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full credit voucher valid for 24 months instead of a cash refund. Travelers may rebook any of our tours of equivalent value within this period.
Travel Insurance Recommended
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellation and medical emergencies. This protects you against unforeseen events outside our refund schedule.
